This strategy is simple and quick to learn.

STEP 1:-
Go to ANY race card for the day and follow the steps:

STEP 2:-
Review the previous form area on the bookmakers, all you are looking for is the last time out result, always the latest number or letter in the sequence, when reading left to right.
STEP 3:-
Now use the following table to identify the horse with the highest points.
Simply go through the top rated horses from the favourite through to the 6th horse. In our example the favourite was Molly Ollys Wishes, it came 1st in it’s last time out so we give it a points score of 10. The 2nd favourite; Empressive Lady came 2nd last time, it gets 7 points. We do this for each horse upto the top 6.
| Won | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | Other | |
| Fav | 10 | 8 | 7 | 6 | 5 |
| 2nd fav | 9 | 7 | 6 | 5 | 4 |
| 3rd fav | 8 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 3 |
| 4th fav | 7 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 2 |
| 5th fav | 6 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 1 |
| 6th fav | 5 | 3 | 2 | 1 | 0 |
Since the favourite has the highest points for this race we’ll use that as our selection; Molly Ollys Wishes at SP of 9/2 – and the result of the race…
If we’d felt particularly adventurous we could have gone for a dual forecast and also won!
Now of course, this strategy doesn’t win every time, but you don’t need to. As long as odds are greater than evens (2.0) then you need to win only 50% of the races in order to just break-even.
But what we have found is that the average odds of these bets tend to be 2/1 (3.0) which would need a strike rate of > 34% to start to see a profit.
Good Luck and happy trading!
